Data Deletion Instructions

What data we hold

• Parent / guardian name and phone number
• Student name and account information
• Invoice and payment records
• WhatsApp message logs related to school fee queries

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@steuritinternationalschool.org.zw with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• Phone number linked to the account
• Student name (if applicable)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email or WhatsApp.
